Appel à candidature - Penser et planifier l'avenir de la gestion du patrimoine

Comment s'annonce le futur ? Pour quel avenir travaillent les professionnels du patrimoine ? Quel patrimoine sera nécessaire dans le futur (et comment le savoir) ? Comment pouvons-nous renforcer les capacités de réflexion future des professionnels du patrimoine du monde entier ?

Ceci est un appel à candidature pour participer à l’atelier du Forum des Universités de l’ICOMOS intitulé "Penser et planifier le l'avenir de la gestion du patrimoine" qui se tiendra à Amsterdam (Pays-Bas) du 11 au 14 juin 2019. La date limite pour les candidatures est le 8 février 2019.

L'atelier est organisé par la Chaire UNESCO sur l'avenir du patrimoine de l'Université Linnaeus, en Suède, et l'École du patrimoine, de la mémoire et de la culture matérielle de l'Université d'Amsterdam, aux Pays-Bas, en collaboration avec ICOMOS International et ICOMOS Pays-Bas.

Call for applications - Thinking and planning the future in heritage management

How do we perceive the future? Which future do heritage professionals work for? What heritage will be needed in the future (and how do we know)? How can we build capacity in future thinking among heritage professionals worldwide?

This is a call for applications to participate in the ICOMOS University Forum Workshop "Thinking and planning the future in heritage management" that will take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, the 11-14 June 2019. The deadline for applications is 8 February 2019.

The workshop is organized by the UNESCO Chair on Heritage Futures at Linnaeus University, Sweden, and the School for Heritage, Memory and Material Culture, University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, in collaboration with ICOMOS International and ICOMOS Netherlands. 

Déclaration d’Abou Dhabi sur le patrimoine des pays en guerre

Palmyra -  Goldring, Nancy/ICOMOSL'ICOMOS, représenté par sa directrice générale Marie-Laure Lavenir et par Samir Abdulac, Président du Groupe de travail de l’ICOMOS pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel en Syrie et en Iraq (et dans les pays voisins), a participé à la Conférence internationale d'Abou Dhabi (2-3 décembre 2016). Au terme de la conférence, consacrée à la sauvegarde du patrimoine en péril dans les zones de conflits armés, fut adoptée la Déclaration d'Abou Dhabi.

International conventions

Throughout its history, ICOMOS has been involved in a standard setting action, and actively participated in the redaction of several international Conventions.

 


 

ICICH - International Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage

The objectives of ICICH are, consistent with the aims of ICOMOS to:

- promote international cooperation in the identification, study and solution of issues related to the ethical identification, protection, interpretation, and management of the intangible cultural associations attributed to monuments and sites.

- co-operate with the International Scientific Committees of ICOMOS in reviewing doctrinal documents as well as management and conservation practices, in light of the role of intangible attributes in the significance and values of cultural heritage sites.

- advise ICOMOS on any role it may have in the implementation of, or other activities associated with UNESCO’s International Convention on Intangible Cultural Heritage

- To advise ICOMOS on the role of intangible attributes in the role it plays in implementation of other UNESCO Conventions and international treaties, such as the World Heritage Convention and The Hague Convention.

ICICH carries out its activities within the framework of a triennial programme through, among other, conferences, workshops and other means for direct inter-personal exchanges, study visits, publications, specialist advisory services to ICOMOS and others.
