Source: kisspng digital libraryThe ICOMOS Documentation Centre is happy to offer ICOMOS members a new benefit: the free digitization of documents (articles, book chapters, reports...) from the Documentation Centre's collections, within the limits of the copyright legislation.


An international collection reflecting ICOMOS scientific fields of research

The focus of the collection is set out in the ICOMOS Statutes, which provide for a collection concerning the "principles, techniques and policies for the conservation of monuments".

  • 41.000 titles concerning most countries in the world
  • 600 periodicals, among which 130 are received regularly by exchange
  • 40.000 slides, photographs, and plans
  • The original nomination files of World Heritage cultural and mixed properties
