The 2025 Emerging Professionals Summer School, organised by ICOMOS Germany, explores the theme “Olympiapark Munich: Conceptualising a Conservation Management Plan”. The summer school is open to all young professionals and students in the area of heritage conservation who are interested in learning about the complexities and challenges of developing a conservation management plan.
This summer school provides an opportunity for young professionals and students to gain insights from renown experts and stakeholders about the values and significance of the Olympiapark and on the skills and needs of conservation management planning. In interactive workshops, participants jointly develop ideas for the conservation management plan – focussing on architecture & landscape, future use, human scale, or the famous “tent roof” structure.
