Save the date: 2021 ICOMOS statutory online meetings

This ylogo500pxear, the ICOMOS Advisory Committee meetings, Scientific Symposium and Annual General Assembly will take place online, from 19 October to 10 November 2021.  

Meetings of the Advisory Council (Scientific Council, National Committees and Advisory Council) will take place from 19 October to 3 November - agendas and working documents will be published in due course.

  • 19 October. Advisory Committee discussion meeting.
  • 22 October. National Committees Statutory meeting.
  • 27 October. Scientific Council Statutory meeting.
  • 3 November. Advisory Committee Statutory meeting.

The Preliminary Agenda for the Scientific Symposium will be made available in due time. This year, the theme is "Living Heritage and Climate Change". The Symposium will take place on 9 and 10 November. 

The agenda of the Annual General Assembly, on 8 November 2021, will focus on receiving the reports of the ICOMOS President and Treasurer on the management by the Board and the health and financial situation of the association; approving the annual report and accounts and discharging the Board, as well as voting next year’s budget.

All other matters such as adoption of doctrinal texts, elections of the Board and officers, conferring of Honorary membership, voting the ICOMOS General Programme and budgetary guidelines for the next triennium, as well as proposing resolutions for adoption by ICOMOS will be dealt with by the next triennial General Assembly (2023, Sydney, Australia).

All members shall have the right to attend the Annual General Assembly. More information on how to register, as well as the agendas of the meetings, will be made available in due time.
