IDMS wemapThis year, the theme for the International Day for Monuments and Sites on 18 April is Shared Cultures, Shared Heritage, Shared Responsibility. You will find below a map showing some of the events organised for this event, including some events accessible online. Please note that, due to the current global outbreak of Covid-19, some of the events listed may have been cancelled, postponed or converted into an online event (eg. a webinar). We encourage you to contact the organisers in any case, and we will update the events listed as soon as we receive more details from organisers.

 

ICOMOS encourages you to celebrate the International Day for Monuments and Sites in compliance with instructions from local and national authorities so as to ensure the safety of participants. You can share your events by writing to calendrier[at]icomos.org and you will find here some ideas on how to participate virtually.
