21st General Assembly of ICOMOS – Final voting platform: Election of the five Vice-Presidents and vote on Resolutions – Results

Dear ICOMOS Members,

We are now pleased to inform you of the results of Voting Platform 4: Election of the five Vice-Presidents for the mandate 2023-2026 and vote on resolutions.

Voting Platform 4 was open 24h from Tuesday 5 September at 12:00 Sydney (AEST) / 04:00 Paris (CEST) to Wednesday 6 September at 12:00 Sydney (AEST) / 04:00 Paris (CEST). 

631 votes out of 999 possible votes were cast, that is an 62,54 % participation – with the following result. The five candidates with the highest number of votes are elected to serve as Vice-Presidents of ICOMOS for the mandate 2023-2026: 

ALATALU, Riin (Estonia) – 410 votes

CASTRIOTA, Leonardo (Brazil) – 412 votes

CHAIWA, Chilangwa (Zambia) – 387 votes

FIRAS, HRH Dana (Jordan) – 367 votes

GÜL ÜNAL, Zeynep (Türkiye) – 333 votes

MCINTYRE-TAMWOY, Susan (Australia) – 354 votes
