(Re)Watch the Webinar | Climate Change and Cultural Heritage: a call to action!

No planet B

ICOMOS, the International Council on Archives (ICA) and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) joined forces to call for action regarding the preservation of collections in response to threats from climate change. The recording of the webinar held on 12 June 2020 is now available on the ICA YouTube channel.

The webinar addressed questions such as "What do I know about the effects of climate change related disasters on my collection?"; "What disaster recovery plans might be useful for my collection?" or "How can archives fit in to global climate action? How can I and my collections make a difference? How do we begin to adress our impact?"

Experts from ICOMOS, ICA and IFLA discussed these subjects on 12 June 2020, from 14:30 to 15:30 (CET) and fueled the debate thanks to their specific knowledge in their respective area of expertise.
