* All images will be partially free of copyright, according to Creative Commons licenses, specially developed in the spirit of free open access and complying with ICOMOS’ scientific, pedagogical and non-profit principals. 
* You can upload your images one-by-one or in batches
* Every upload is subject to moderation, validation of the data is ensured by the image bank manager.
* The more accurate your description is, the higher the image’s scientific value will be. We recommend that you use English as much as possible in order for your pictures to be better referenced and discovered by users from the international community. 
* For the best possible results, each media article should respect the following conditions: 
- maximum size: 5 MB
- minimum dimensions: Width x Height = 235px x 170px

* Use advanced search and apply filters such as country, world heritage properties, year.
Navigate through keywords, themes, photographs' names etc. that are purposely clickable.

Toutes les images seront partiellement libres de droits, protégées par les licences Creative Commons, spécialement conçues dans l'esprit de partage gratuit du mouvement open access et conformes à la visée scientifique, pédagogique et non lucrative de l'ICOMOS. 
Votre chargement peut être unique ou par lots
* L'ajout d'image est soumis à modération, la validation étant assurée par la responsable de la banque d'images.
* Plus votre description sera riche, plus la valeur scientifique de l'image sera accrue. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser au maximum l'anglais afin d'offrir à vos photos une meilleure probabilité d'être trouvée par les utilisateurs de la communauté internationale. 
* Chaque fichier image doit respecter les conditions suivantes :

Holiday Contest: the Winners

Since more than 200 photos were uploaded to our Photobankin the framework of our Holiday Contest, the deliberations required time.

We have the great pleasure to share with you our prize list, the three most beautiful photographs illustrating a monument, a historic site, a World Heritage property or a heritage professional in the field. Their photographers are our holiday contest winners.


Jeu concours de Noël : le Palmarès

Les plus de 200 photos chargées dans notre banque d'imagesdans le cadre de notre Jeu Concours de Noël ont fait l'objet de longues délibérations. 

Nous avons le plaisir de partager avec vous notre palmarès des trois plus belles photos illustrant un monument, un site historique, un bien du patrimoine mondial, ou encore un professionnel du patrimoine sur le terrain. Elles permettent à leurs auteurs d'être les heureux gagnants de notre Jeu Concours de Noël.

IDMS Rural landscapes: field walk tito international day for monuments and sites Italy Three months ago, on 18 April 2019, we celebrated the International Day on Monuments and Sites on the theme of rural landscapes. The richness of rural heritage, but also the challenges of its conservation in a context of climate change and sustainable development, have given rise to many varied events: educational exhibitions, guided tours, hikes, conferences and round tables.... People in 48 countries and members of 33 National Committees played the game and proposed activities: thank you all for this rich and exciting day! Some photo reportages are available below.
