German Challenges for Climate Science and Heritage - a response to the UNESCO-ICOMOS-IPCC International Expert Meeting

The meeting intends to present an overview of the three commissioned White Papers from the International Co-Sponsored Meeting on Culture, Heritage, and Climate Change (ICSM CHC) that took place in December 2021. These papers reviewed the state of cultural heritage and climate knowledge developed to date in terms of knowledge systems, impacts, and solutions. By presenting the results of the December event, it is hoped to identify how these findings can be important for the German-speaking countries.
