The deadline for applications for 2008 internships has passed; no more applications are being accepted. Add your name to the list of nearly 600 preservation professionals who have participated in this exciting program over the last 20 years! Final arrangements are still being made for the 2008 internships, but numerous and varied opportunities will be available, both in the U.S. and abroad. Read the PROGRAM OVERVIEW first. Then follow the links below to apply to become a 2008 US/ICOMOS International Intern. Decisions are expected to be made by March 30. Summer internships will begin in early June and conclude in late-August. Some fall internships may be available as well. Orientation for the 2008 class of US/ICOMOS International Interns will be held conjunction with the 11th US/ICOMOS International Symposium in Washington, DC (May 28-31). The orientation and symposium will conclude the evening of Saturday, May 31 with a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the US/ICOMOS International Exchange Program. |
