Alex Alvarez del Castillo is a Cuzqueño anthropologist. He holds a M.A. degree from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales/FLASCO at the Centro Bartolome de las Casas in Cuzco. He is completing his doctorate at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. He has extensive fieldwork experience in Cuzco, in the Peruvian highlands, and in community development in the Peruvian jungle. |
