As an advisory body to the World Heritage Committee, ICOMOS uses its wide network of members in order to carry out its evaluation, monitoring and advisory activities. This network is made up of professionals qualified in the fields of conservation such as architects, archaeologists, urban planners, engineers, heritage managers, art historians, archivists, etc.

If you are interested in joining ICOMOS’ network of experts, you can contact your country’s National Committee or send your curriculum vitae to secretariat [at] icomos.org with details of your specialization. Your CV will be added to our expert database and we will contact you if we ever wish to call on your expertise for any of our World Heritage activities.
